First 30 Days

If you are unsatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all products we have shipped to you, along with your RA number, and ask for a full refund. We will promptly refund your money. Please explain the products you are returning, the reason for your return, and what action you need us to take to guarentee your satisfaction.

After 30 Days

In order to obtain a full or partial refund after thirty days have passed, all products will need to be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include a copy of your receipt so that we can confirm your order and issue the refund as well as your RA number, and the products should be in good condition, so that we may resell them. Any returned products are subject to a restocking fee, so inquire for this exact amount when requesting your refund.
